•       1. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
•       2. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
•       3. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
•     4. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Welcome to fooya! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with the fooya! mobile application (the "Service") operated by FriendsLearn INC ("us", "we", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Subscriptions

Our Service offers different subscription plans:

• 1 week: $99.99
• 1 month: $379.99
• 3 months: $989.99

Payment and Renewal

1. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at the confirmation of purchase.
2. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
3. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.

3. Accounts

In no event shall FriendsLearn INC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
